The space
The contemporary and warm decoration will make you feel at home. Cosy and at the same time design, you will be charmed by the comfort of this duplex of 80m².

It is equipped with a double bedroom (king size bed), a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the living room.

The terrace is exceptional and access is through the interior of the accommodation: private infinity pool, heated to 28° at no extra cost (excluding summer period), with views of the Atlas Mountains.

Guest access
The duplex is located in a secure building, access to the main gate is provided with a private key.

Accommodation is less than 10 minutes from the airport, you can book a “Airport > Villa” transfer with one of our private drivers (extra charge) or rent a rental car (price on request).

The reception of external persons not provided for in the reservation is not allowed in the villa.
Other things to note
Included in the price of your stay:
– Concierge service (reservation of your activities, restaurants etc.)
– Cleaning of the check out

Not included in the price of your stay:
– Housekeeping (extra including change of sheets, towels and complete housekeeping of the villa)

Upon your arrival, we provide you with toilet paper in each toilet. It is renewed only when you request the passage of a household.

The duplex is composed of several stairs, it will not be suitable for people with reduced mobility or very young children.

The reception of external persons not provided for in the reservation, is not allowed in the villa.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
Pets are not allowed.
