12 kilometers from the city center (about 25 minutes by car), on the road to Ouarzazate, take advantage of our concierge service to organize your entire stay.
The space
The villa features a large garden with a heated infinity outdoor pool, with children’s pool, as well as an outdoor gym.

It offers premium accommodation:
Composed of 4 large suites with their own bathroom, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen, you will also have access to the fitness room with jacuzzi and hammam.

Villa is located in a residence of 6 other single-story villas, not overlooked, secured by security guard and 24-hour surveillance camera.
A private car parking is available.

High-speed wifi is accessible throughout the villa.

A cooking service is available: possibility to take a cook by the day (price on request), shopping is your responsibility, or to have a la carte breakfasts. This service can be confirmed after booking your villa, with our concierge team, and will need to be paid at the end of the stay.

Accommodation is 30-35 minutes from the airport (approx. 18 km).

You can book a transfer “Airport > Villa” with one of our private drivers or rent a rental car (these services are extra and to be confirmed with our concierge team after confirming your reservation).

The reception of external persons not provided for in the reservation is not allowed in the villa.
Guest access
Guests can fully enjoy the heated infinity pool (unheated pool during the summer period), the garden and the various amenities available to you (outdoor gym, trampoline, ping pong, badminton, soccer cage…). You also have free and direct access to the hammam and jacuzzi.
Other things to note
Included in the price of your stay:
– Concierge service (reservation of your activities, restaurants etc.)
– Cleaning of the check out

Not included in the price of your stay:
– Housekeeping (extra including change of sheets, towels and complete housekeeping of the villa)
– kitchen services

Upon arrival, we provide you with toilet paper in each toilet. It is renewed only when you request the passage of a household.

The reception of external persons not provided for in the reservation, is not allowed in the villa.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
Pets are not allowed.
