This contemporary villa, on one level, is equipped with a heated and unobstructed swimming pool. It is located in a secure residence by caretaker and CCTV 24 hours a day & 7 days a week.

Its guest capacity is 6 people maximum, it is perfect for a stay with friends and family.

9 kilometers from the city center (about 20 min. by car), on the road to Ouarzazate, take advantage of our concierge service to organize your entire stay.
The space
The villa is located in a quiet, family-friendly, secure residence with 24-hour security guard and security camera. The subdivision is located 20 minutes from the city center and is in direct proximity to the Hotel Oberoi and the American school of Marrakech.

It is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a heated pool, a garden with outdoor games and a private parking space.

You can enjoy optimal air conditioning in all rooms, as well as a high-performance high-speed wifi connection.

You have the option to take a cook by the day (price on request), shopping is your responsibility.

Accommodation is 30-35 minutes from the airport (about 18 km), you can book an “Airport > Villa” transfer with one of our private drivers (extra charge) or rent a rental car (price on request).

The reception of external persons not provided for in the reservation is not allowed in the villa.
Guest access
Guests can fully enjoy the heated pool (not heated during the summer period) and also enjoy the various outdoor games available to you (swing and soccer cages). The entire house is private.

Not included in the price of your stay:
– Housekeeping (extra including change of sheets, towels and complete housekeeping of the villa)

Upon arrival, we provide you with toilet paper in each toilet. It is renewed only when you request the passage of a household.

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
Pets are not allowed.
