The space
The villa is located in a quiet, family-friendly, secure residence with 24-hour guard and surveillance camera. The subdivision is located 20 minutes from the city center and in direct proximity to the Hotel Oberoi and the American school in Marrakech.

The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a heated swimming pool, a garden with outdoor games, private parking space.

You can take advantage of the optimum air conditioning in all rooms, as well as a high-performance high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

You have the option to take a cook by the day (price on request), shopping is your responsibility.

Accommodation is 30-35 minutes from the airport (about 18 km), you can book an “Airport > Villa” transfer with one of our private drivers (extra charge) or rent a rental car (price on request).

The reception of external persons not provided for in the reservation is not allowed in the villa.
Guest access
Guests can fully enjoy the heated pool (not heated during the summer period) and also enjoy the various outdoor games available to you (trampoline, soccer cages).

Included in the price of your stay:

Upon arrival, we provide you with toilet paper in each toilet. It is renewed only when you request the passage of a household.
