The secure residence “Oliver Palm” has many amenities including a football field, a hairdresser and a restaurant.

The contemporary and cozy decor will charm you as soon as you put your luggage there.

This duplex is equipped with a double bedroom (king bed) upstairs and a bedroom with two single beds as well as two bathrooms.
The rooms are spacious and are each equipped with a Smart TV. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is modern and is Fully stocked.

The terrace gives direct access to the residence’s communal pool.

Guest access
The duplex is located in a secure residence, the main door overlooks the outside.

Accommodation is less than 30 minutes from the airport, you can book a transfer “Airport > Villa” with one of our private drivers (extra charge) or rent a rental car (price on request).

The reception of external persons not provided for in the reservation is not allowed in the villa.

The duplex is composed of a staircase, so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Note that there is still a room on the ground floor.

The reception of outside people not provided for in the reservation is not allowed in the duplex.
