The villa is located in a quiet, family-friendly, and secure residence with caretaker + 24/7 surveillance camera.
The subdivision is 20 minutes from downtown and close to the Hotel Oberoi and the American school in Marrakech.

You have the option to take a cook by the day (price on request), shopping is your responsibility.
The accommodation is 30-35 minutes by car from the airport (about 18 km), you can book an “Airport > Villa” transfer with one of our private drivers (extra charge) or rent a rental car (price on request).
The reception of external persons not provided for in the reservation is not allowed in the villa.
Guest access
Guests can fully enjoy the heated pool (unheated pool during the summer period), completely not overlooked.
